Delivery & Returns

DISPATCH & DELIVERIES

  • All web sales orders are dispatched via Australia Post or TNT Road Express. Signature required unless delivery instructions are provided.
  • We dispatch goods Monday to Friday.
  • For delivery we suggest approximately 3 to 14 business days.
  • If sending goods to your place of work, it is helpful to include the business name.

RETURNS POLICY

  • We want you to be 100% happy with the quality of the product we supply. It is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition.
  • Items shall not be returned without prior arrangement.
  • Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if:
    • they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it.
    • the problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it.
    • they knew of or were made aware of the problem with the product before they bought it (but they may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a different problem with the product that wasn’t made clear to them before they bought it).
    • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business.
    • the problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone other than the business.
  • Return outside of the above conditions may be eligible at the discretion of USA Trailer Parts. Returns are at the purchasers cost and will incur a 10% restocking fee. No returns after 7 days.
  • We will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
  • The quickest way to obtain a refund or exchange is to contact us directly at orders@usatrailerparts.com.au, where we can assist you further.
